Hotel’s Terms & Conditions

Identification (Id) & Registration Policy

Valid government issued; photo identification is required at check-in for each occupant of the room bearing the address of the guest. The identity proof would include a valid driving license / voter identity card / adhaar card etc. PAN Card is not accepted. Valid passport is mandatory for all foreign national guests. Passport should have a valid visa. The Guest Registration Card, in complete detail has to be filled by Guest; failure to do so may result in dishonoring of the booking.

Number of Guests in Room / Visitors Policy

The maximum number of guests that are allowed within the room is the number and names of guests that have been paid for while reserving the room. Visitors are not permitted into the room zones and/or rooms. If any visitor has come to meet room guest, the meeting should be done in the public areas such as coffee shop / restaurant etc. Guests bringing in “solicited/paid guests” or “anti-social elements” are not permitted, and the hotel reserves the right for such guests to leave the hotel premises. Visitors shall not be permitted between 1130 pm to 7 am, and if found occupying the room without information to the desk, then full night charges will be applicable.

Early Arrival Policy

Early Check In can be requested while making your reservation or by contacting the Front Desk prior to your arrival. Early check-in is based on availability only and can’t be guaranteed. Early Check Ins, prior to 8 am, will be on a full day chargeable basis deemed from the previous night.

No Show Booking Policy / Non-arrival Guest’s Policy

If guests fail to turn up on the day of arrival till 12 AM, then entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotels.

Checkout Policy

after prior checking out from the Resort, guest will not allow for recheck in. Even if guests have paid full payment of their stay.

Refund

The process might take minimum 15 days.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in the resort / Rooms or Anywhere Not Allowed Strictly.

Advance Policy

The hotel will collect balance amount of the proposed number of room night stays upon check in. In case of any extension in the dates of stay, further advance for the period shall be undertaken on the day of extension. The hotel reserves the right to itself to deactivate the guest key card in case of any outstanding bills/amount until the same is cleared.

Maximum Occupancy Policy

The maximum occupancy for a room is three persons.

Restaurants

While dining within the restaurants, outside food-beverages-liquor are not allowed to be consumed. Guests creating a disturbance to the operations shall be asked to vacate the premises.

Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or visitors or for any person for whom they are responsible. The Hotel also reserves the right to call the Local Police Station in case of guests refusing to pay for the damage, including but not limited to, taking possession of guest belongings and detainment of guests until the matter

Parking Policy

The Hotel provides for self-parking; however, parking is solely at the vehicle owner’s risk and hotel assumes no liability of any loss of belongings, or loss of / damage to the vehicle.

Lost and Found

Any items, left behind by the guest, should be informed to the Front desk immediately via email /phone call. In case the guest does not contact the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to dispose of the same without any liability on the hotel.

Ammendment of Rules

The Management reserves the right itself to add, or alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.

Terms & Conditions of FIT Guests

Booking Payment Policy: -

  • To confirm your booking, Kindly deposit advance payment 60% of the booking
  • Balance payment at the time of check-in
  • In case of non-payment hotel reserve the right to release the booking without any prior notice and refund.
  • MAP plan will be applicable on minimum 10 Rooms

Cancellation policy: -

  • If cancellation happens between day of booking to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival then only 10% cancellation charges will be applicable on the 60% token amount, whether guests have paid token payment less than 60%, however cancellation charges will be calculated on the basis actual token amount. Thereafter 48 hrs. no refund will be applicable

Child Policy: -

  • Kid up to 05 yrs. of age will be entertained on complimentary basis.
  • Kid between ages (06-12 Yrs.) will attract extra charges
  • Kid above 12 yrs. of age will be considered as an adult.

Terms & Conditions of GIT Guests

Confirmations Policy: -

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by advance deposit through Cash/Cheque/Credit Card or Travel Agency. To confirm your booking, Kindly deposit advance payment 50% of the booking.

Balance payment at check-in

Extra’s and balance payment to be clear Full & Final at the Resort before check-out only and we don’t have BTC policy

Cancellation and refund policy for GIT (Group, Events, and Corporate & Banquets):-

  • Free Cancellation before 15 days of check-in date.
  • 50% retention, if cancelled between 15 to 07 days before check-in date
  • 100% retention/No refund, if cancelled after 7 days of check-in date
  • Refunds, after deducting a 10% administrative charge, will be initiated for eligible Cancellations.
  • The refund process may take between 15 to 30 working days to complete.
  • No refund is applicable for no-shows.

Child Policy: -

  • Kids below 05 Years. are Complimentary sharing in the parent’s room Without Extra bed.
  • Kids (06 – 12Yrs) @50% of Pkg. per kid per night.
  • Above 12 Yrs. would be considered as adults.

Terms and Conditions: -

  • Hotel Check-in Time is 1400 Hrs and Check-Out Time is 1100 Hrs.
  • Any early arrival or late departure shall be subject to availability and additional charges as applicable.
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
