This nice hotel is located right on the Dharampur-Kasuali Road about 3KM from Dharampur and 7KM from Kasauli. The Parking space seemed limited to me however ample during our stay and I feel few vehicles could also be parked on the other side of the road, when need be. Once you enter the hotel, all the staff is very welcoming and always serve you with a smile. We were allowed to check-in around 40mins before the standard time. The reception and bar area are on top floor (adjacent to parking) and rest of the hotel is built downwards like many other hilly area hotels. The overall look of hotel is very pleasing and cleaniless is top notch. We were two couples and travelling without kids, however I feel the kids would have enjoyed equally. The rooms are spacious and have a spectacular view of the mountains and sunrise. The washroom were also neat, clean and spacious. They provide all basic toileteries and also electric kettle with tea and coffee. There is TV in room with most of the channels subscribed. The overall feel and vibe of room and hotel is excellent. We ordered dinner and snacks in the room itself and service was quick and food was delicious. The breakfast is served in restaurant on 2nd Floor and they provide a good deal of options to satisfy both vegan and non-vegetarian guests. All the food was very tasty and well cooked and we were fully satisfied. We took our food outside and i would recommend to do so as it enhanced the experience. Coming to the shortcomings, which were next to none, I would like the hotel staff to firstly check all the light points in the room periodically as the lights points near the bed were not working for our room, also a single mattress on bed is must as two mattress were not equally cushioned, one was softer than the other causing little disbalance and addition of hairdryer in washroom will also be welcomed. Overall, the Stay was pleasant at Kasauli Windsor Resort and I will definitely visit again.
